Please excuse duplication.
 
We have a reader who is seeking a petroleum resources map of some
sort for the Russian Far East, specifically Sakhalin and the Kuriles.
In particular she is looking for exploited and potential oil and gas
fields.
 
I'd appreciate any suggestions that anyone could make, either to the
list or directly to me.
