It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden death on 12 July
of Professor Eila Campbell, the long-standing editor of IMAGO MUNDI.
The funeral will be private but a commemoration service will be held,
probably at Birkbeck College (University of London) with which she was
associated from 1941 until her retirement in 1981. She will be much
missed. For further details please contact Tony Campbell at the BL Map
Library after 25 July.
