HI!

Things are wild and wonderful at the University of Washington Libraries.
The big change is that the Libraries "brought up" III over Labor Day
weekend, and now there is a task force working on profiling for Marchive
tapes. We're considering purchasing all of the individual records for the
maps (I've been told that there are 26K records for maps -- a good
start!). Does anyone have any words of wisdom -- is choosing all of these
records a good idea? What about processing problems -- how long between
when the maps arrive and the records' arrival? Anything I should be aware of?

I really don't know what questions to ask yet so all of these are pretty
broad!

Many thanks!
