To the Many People who Enquired,

Re: Times World Map & Database

Just to keep everyone informed. All those who asked for it should
by now have had a leaflet about this product. In case anyone has
decided to buy it, we finished testing the beta product 10 days
ago and the package is now being manufactured (duplicating the
disks, printing the boxes, etc). Stocks should reach the warehouse
at Harper Collins HQ in Glasgow, Scotland in about a weeks time.
Despatch of orders will begin immediately. The warehouse are
normally good at meeting orders within a day or two of receipt.

On a slightly different note we are interested in having the
product reviewed as widely as possible. I think we have the UK
quite well covered with e.g. Mapping Awareness, GIS Europe,
Geographical Magazine, Windows User, etc. However, we do not
currently have much international coverage, so if you are a
reviewer for a major journal/magazine covering either the
educational, home computing or cartographic areas and would
like to be considered for a review copy, please contact me.
It would be helpfull if you could say why you think it would
be in our interests to have the product reviewed in the
publication. I am sure you appreciate that review copies are
scarce (being free) so I can make no promises, but I will
forward all requests to the marketing department.

best wishes
