You might want to see whether the guy who wrote MicroCAM at West
Point is going to support extractions from that.  He may have been
transferred by now, but surely somebody there will know about the
program and/or where to find its current developer guru.
 
MicroCAM runs in plain old DOS with not lots of memory (a real
advantage for some of us).
