I have found very useful the mapping available in the journal, *CartActual*
published by Cartographia in Budapest under the auspices of the
International Cartographic Association.  I have been
dismayed, however, that it apparently not indexed, annually or
cumulatively.   Am I mistaken?  Is there an index of some sort?  Has this
question been answered before?  I seem to recall the question being raised
but do not recall an answer.  Any help would be appreciated.
