Regarding the Yellowstone maps, I would use subject cutters where
appropriate and simply give different author cutters to distinguish, e.g.,
H3, H4.  You will probably not be getting many (if any) additional maps of
the subregions within Yellowstone, so it doesn't seem like such a good
idea to me to bother and I don't see how it would help the user. -- Phil
