 The Illinois State Library has only the 1963 in hard copy. And it's the 1963 th
 at is listed on the CIS fiche brochure.  The CIS set is $3,000.  We got some of
  the BGN gazetteers on fiche through the GPO depository and I was going to copy
  the Swedish gazetteer fiche to fiche for you but we apparently didn't get the
 Swedish gazetteer on fiche.
