I have a patron who is trying to find the current Polish name
of a village that used to be called "Mannsdorf" in the former
Prussian province of Silesia. All of our detailed maps of
Poland are old and still show "Mannsdorf." It is located at
50 30 N / 17 29 E. It is a few miles east of Nysa, Poland
and a little southwest of Jasienica Dolna, Poland. (Nysa
used to be called "Neisse," and Jasienica Dolna used to be
called "Nieder Hermsdorf.") Will someone with current maps of
Poland please check to see what "Mannsdorf" is now called?
Thanks very much.
