The 3 arc sec. data is available thru the contact location you received
in a message from Allen Brenner. That data base is still available for
an ftp lift out. Currently it is not supported by the Nat. Digital
Carto. Data Base Office an office within the Nat. Mapping Div. that
handles the sales data base. This will change in the near future and there
will be an official, supported data base available. The Division is
working on policy papers as to the release of such data.
