The following is the preliminary program of the joint annual General Meeting
of the CANADIAN CARTOGRAPHIC ASSOCIATION and the NORTH AMERICAN
CARTOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SOCIETY from 9 to 13 August 1994.

DESIGN SYMPOSIUM
 
There is also taking place at the University of Ottawa on Sunday
7 August and Monday 8 August a Symposium on Cartographic Design
and Research.  It has been organized by the Canadian Institute of
Geomatics; registration materials and program were mailed during
March of this year.  If you were unaware of this event and wish
further information, contact the Symposium Office, DESIGN '94 at
the address below.  Or, if you wish to send in your registration
with this form, make out a separate check or charge card
endorsement to "DESIGN '94" based on the numbers below.
