This questions is for David Allen but I thought others might be interested.
 
David, I would be very interested in seeing your article on the history of
Coast Survey topographic mapping.  Would you please mention where it is
published or about to be published.  Unfortunately all of my journals
are at the binders and I cannot check the indexes to see if it is already
published.  Thanks
