The fall meeting of the Western Association of Map Librarians (WAML) will
be held at the Desert Research Institute in Las Vegas, Nev., on
Oct.15-18th.  The meeting will include a picnic, a reception, a banquet,
and a field trip to Hoover Dam with a paddlewheel boat ride on Lake
Mead.  Registration packets were sent out several weeks ago.  If you are
interested in attending the meeting and did not receive a packet, please
