 If no map library in those states has acquired their state's block maps, the St
 ate Data Center in each state was given their state's maps by the Census Bureau

 ou can borrow the 1992 TIGER cd's for those four states from a regional deposit

 e. Have you tried GOVDOCS-L? Maybe the paper 1990 block maps are with the Gover
