 Saul-
If no map library in those states has acquired their state's block maps, the St
ate Data Center in each state was given their state's maps by the Census Bureau
. An old list I have gives phone numbers for the SDC's. Arkansas : 501/371-1973
 ; Georgia : 404/656-0911; Ohio :614/466-2115; Pennsylvania : 717/948-6336. Or y
ou can borrow the 1992 TIGER cd's for those four states from a regional deposit
ory, if you can use the LANDVIEW software. Or the 1990 cd's if you have softwar
 e. Have you tried GOVDOCS-L? Maybe the paper 1990 block maps are with the Gover
 nment Document departments??? Arlyn
