We have a manual entitled : "Map Cataloguing Manual". It is a loose-leaf
binder, copyrighted 1991. Published by the Geography and Map Division of the
Library of Congress. ISBN 0-8444-0691-0. The address of the Lib. of Congress
follows. I could not find any information regarding pricing. I hope this is
the manual you were referring to.
