There are several map shipping services in Denver that buy the maps over
the counter and ship them out Fed Ex.  Presumably they handle Open File
reports as well.  Here are two:

I thought there was a third such service, but I can't find them.  They
could at least get the the report to you quickly, but I still don't know if
it's what you need.
