This might not be the same map, but we ordered "Geological Map Sectors
of Gondwana", by Maarten De Wit, c1988 from the American Association
of Petroleum Geologists (PO Box 979, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74101).
 
Cost was about $40 a few years ago for this large 2-sheet map at
1:10,000,000.
