1946 USCGS World Map of Air Routes

A colleague of mine is very interested in viewing a copy a map of world
air routes done by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey around 1946. It
is supposed to be one of the finest examples of Pierce's Quincuncial
projection.
 
Any leads appreciated.
