Aloha Ross,
 
We have a nautical chart of Manila Harbor at 1:10,000 from
1940. It's on the USC&GS chart #4236, "Manila and Cavite
Harbors." It only shows that part of the city between approx.
14 deg. 36' and 32'45" N
120 deg. 57' and 59' 30" E
 
but the detail is great!
