The GEOname Digital Gazetteer shows San Germano cross-referenced to San
Germano Vercellese at 45 deg 21 min North by 8 deg 15 min East.  This
location is not very far from Novara which is at 45 deg 28 min North by 8
deg 38 min East.  There is no entry for Cortenova.
