          the book Club of California presents a public program: Susan
          Gole of London, Chairman of the Board, International Map
          Collector's Society, will speak on "The Appeal of Maps,"
          Monday, 9 October 1995, seven o'clock pm, SPUR Meeting Room,
          Fifth Floor, 312 Sutter Street, San Francisco.
 
          The Club Rooms will be open from 5-7.
