Laos has often been lumped together with Vietnam and Cambodia on travel maps
at the expense of detail to this interesting country. Now the country is
slowly opening up to tourism this map will be of great value.

Hypsometric tints of colour are used to show elevations together with spot
elevations. The road and rail network is shown with distances between tagged
locations, places of interest, provincial boundaries and border crossings
are all clearly shown.

An inset map of central Vientiane at scale 1:10,000 is included in the lower
left corner of the map measuring 9 inch square it includes hotel,
restaurant, bank, temple and museums. The French and US embassy locations
are also indicated.
