This is a super place to find Atlas *.bna files and equivalent datasets from
the
1990 U.S. Census....  Organized primarily by document type: STF1b; STF3a;
etc., and census geographic level:  state, county,tract, etc.  I'm not
familiar with Mapmaker features, and don't know how/whether it can use Atlas
Import/Export to convert the boundary files from ASCII to the needed binary
format...
