Is anyone aware if the old landform maps by Erwin Raisz are still available
for purchase anywhere?  If so, who is the publisher or dealer through whom
copies mignt be obtained?  I have seen the United States, Mexico, and
Europe, and I am sure that others were done as well.   Please respond
directly to me rather than to the list.
