Hello. Is anyone familiar with a dataset or online resource which
would show international boundaries? I ask because a researcher who
is working with a hurricane model in Japan would like to locate where
the boundaries end, especially to determine where responsibility for
insurance coverage begins and ends. Ideally, she would like to
import/export the data digitally.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
