APRIL 26, 1996.  Ten years ago, there was a catastrophe at the Chernobyl
nuclear station. Deadly doses of radioactive elements contaminated the
territories of Ukraine and Belarus.  Radioactive fall-outs were detected in
the territories of Russia, Eastern and Western Europe.  The frightening
consequences continue. Government of Ukraine who owned the nuclear station
cannot manage these consequences.  In dangerous condition, there is second

In connection with the tenth anniversary, for all educational organizations,
