Subject: Geography and map products for children

While I was collecting materials to review for
the Library Journal article on map reference items,
I had sent to me some items for children.
I quickly decided I had not the expertise or experience
to make recommendations for children,
so I didn't include these in the LJ article.
But a couple of these were so much fun to
look at, I do want to mention them on Maps-L.

Here they are:

>From Workman Publishing Co., 708 Broadway NY 10003-9555 (www.workmanweb.com)

- 50 States Fandex (family field guides)

- My World & Globe
        -YES! includes inflatable, decoratable globe
        - ages 4 and up

>From National Geographic:
