Pennsylvania State University is in the process of weeding its USGS
7.5-minute topographic maps. It appears that for the past several decades
7.5-minute maps were not discarded upon receipt of the newest editions
(some quadrangles have as many as 4 editions). There are some USDA Forest
Service editions included also.

The following states are available to libraries, historic societies,
geography departments, or other state agencies that can use them.

Wisconsin (570 sheets)
Michigan (701 sheets)
Minnesota (760 sheets)
Iowa (235 sheets)
Missouri (776 sheets)
