Brian:
     The reason your staff could not find the carto-bibliography was a
last name wrong.  Walter Ristow was at the U.S. Library of Congress,
Geography and Map Division for many years.  This is only one of many
carto-bibliographies he produced and the Library of Congress published.
I did not send the question out to the Maps-L list.  If you want me to
do so please re-submit.
    I have attached a WorldCat record for the 2nd edition.
