Subject: shipping lists, nautical charts

We got a lot of NIMA nautical charts from GPO around 2 weeks ago, but
still no shipping lists.

Does anyone know why these are being so delayed (as were too the SLs
for the recent TPC deluge)? They're online, of course, but I'm just
curious if there's anything going on that I should know about.
