Subject: lake depths question
Sender: Lesley Pease <[log in to unmask]>

Hi -
I am new to maps librarianship, so I'm not entirely sure where to go
for this information. I and my staff have been looking for the depth
of Horseshoe Lake in Inyo National Forest, California. Among other
tools, we have tried:
various gazetteers
topographic maps
forest service web sites
park and camping web sites

Any suggestions where to look? Is there some basic map resource
which provides this sort of data?

Thanks in advance!
Lesley Pease
