Maybe we somehow missed them, but we recently received a topo map
(USGS) and a nautical chart (NIMA) that we couldn't find on any
shipping lists:

Hefa (Haifa) and Approaches, 56064, 1999, rcd. Mar 1

What shipping lists were these on?
