Seems like the packaging and mailing materials catalogs would be your best
bet.  Surely the fact that they're not archival pales in comparison to the
fact that the map is circulating (and as a map library user, I say bless
you for letting things circulate!).
 
I get catalogs from Kole, 800 327 6085,  and Consolidated, 800 362 1000.
The Consolidated catalog seems to show more mailing tube options.
