I would take a look at the _Barrington Atlas of the Greek and Roman
World_ (http://www.unc.edu/depts/cl_atlas/), and the associated website,
the Ancient World Mapping Center (http://www.unc.edu/awmc/). Perhaps
this isn't quite what you had in mind, but the atlas itself has a
relevant CD.
