Colleagues,

I have a professor who is looking to borrow or at least identify where a
number of block maps from the 1980 census are  held.  We only have paper
maps for areas within California.  The remainder of the country we have
on microfiche.  My assumption is paper maps were issued on deposit to
libraries for those areas within the state in which the library
resides.  The following list  includes the name and number of the SMSA
followed by the map sheet number being requested.

If the maps do not reside in your collections would you please pass this
email on to your US Documents Librarian.  Thanks for any assistance you
can provide.
