Hi everyone:

If you are attending the /WAML Spring Meeting/ in Vancouver, May 18-21,
2011, please make sure to *register by* *MONDAY, MAY 2*. You do not need
to pay in advance if you register online - just bring your check to the
meeting. You can register on the meeting website:
http://waml.library.ubc.ca/registration/

If you do want to mail in your registration and check, we would suggest
you do so as soon as possible to ensure delivery by the due date. Please
see instructions on the registration web page through the link above.

Please note that in order to guarantee the conference rate at the
meeting accommodations, you must *book by MONDAY, APRIL 25*. We're sorry
we weren't aware of this until just yesterday. After that date, the
price goes up slightly. Information on meeting accommodations and a link
to make an online reservation can be found on the meeting website:

Also, the program page has been updated with all of the speakers and
events. The program can be found here:
