To what extent has the 'New' DCW or Vamp
 
 Level 0 been updated?
The original 1991/92 DCW was very old in many areas e.g. South
America. Has it just been a cosmetic revision (i.e. changing
the major things like country names) or has anything more
serious been done like bringing roads and railways up to date?
