A copy of the map of Mammoth Cave by Stephen Bishop, published in 1845, can
be found in:

McCombs, Davis. ULTIMA THULE. (Yale Series of Younger Poets) New Haven:
Yale University Press, 2000.

The reproduced map appears between pages 1 and 2 (as unnumbered pages).

Interestingly, this is a book of poetry, with poems speaking in the voice
of Stephen Bishop or reflecting on Stephen Bishop at Mammoth Cave. A
worthy tribute to Stephen Bishop -worth seeing.
