Lisa,
The U.S. Board on Geographic Names file for Poland (maintained by the
Defense Mapping Agency) shows Minsk Mazowiecki as a town located at 52
deg. 11 min. N  21 deg. 34 min. E.  Our file for Poland was last updated
in 1990 so this should be rather reliable.  We have no evidence of a name
change, though apparently the town has been referred to as simply Minsk in
some sources.
