At GEOTECHNICA (Cologne) this summer there was an adv from some Russian
officials, but this was like a pcATLAS similar to SYMAP style of the 70ies...
I don't have any info about an "actual" digital atlas from Russia right now.
But there were also some activities from MSU together with an American uni to
publish CDROM maps of Russia...
