Primary Research Group (www.PrimaryResearch.com) is conducting an
international survey of the preservation and restoration practices of
libraries, museums and historic sites.  Participants receive a free copy of
the report generated from the survey data which should give participants
hundreds of tables of data and commentary about what their peers are doing
in preservation and restoration, including costs, staffing, favored
suppliers, outlook for funding and other topics. Data is presented
separately for preservation efforts in different materials such as canvas,
paper, digital materials, film, stone, etc. The institutional names of
survey participants are listed in an appendix but responses are
