I don't know if you can help, but if not, could you point me in the right

I have a friend that own's the following:

    1845 Mitchell's National Map of the American Republic of North America
    Published by S. Augustus Mitchell

It is hand drawn with thirty principal cities and towns.

He is wanting to sell.  Any ideas where, worth, etc?
