Does anyone know a (English-speaking) vendor for Brazilian nautical charts?

We are interested in the two charts of Lago de Brasilia in Brasilia. (2791, & 2792).

I have found the Brazilian hydrographic office website and catalogue, but all their sales information is in Portuguese and they don't seem to have any agents outside Brazil.
Omni doesn't list any Brazilian charts, East View lists only some.

Has anyone dealt directly with the Brazilian Hydro Office, and are they reliable?
