          I ditto the laudative product endorsement of the CIS U.S.
          Serial Set Index Part XIV, 1789-1897.  No sooner had I
          opened the box of these four volumes when in came a faculty
          member and put these to use answering a tough query in rapid
          fashion.  The "applause" lamp is flashing for Donna Koepp
          and I hope everyone is clapping.
