Hi,

I have a faculty member working on a project in conjuncture with the
National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL). He is trying to put together a
database/GIS system of the location of pipelines, powerplants, tranmission
lines, etc. in Colorado and the surrounding states.

Could you please suggest some websites or resources he might use to work
on this project.

Thanks in advance,
