My thanks to everyone who was willing to offer assistance with this
question.  I received an offer for copies of the relevant 1:100,000
Italy
sheets, an offer for the 1:100,000 AMS sheet, and web addresses for
Abruzzi mapping from the Regional mapper and the IGMI.

All very helpful.  Once again, this list proves its usefulness as a
community of helpful and informed map specialists.
