Greetings,

We have an academic who is looking for some historical maps of Europe in
digital format that he can use in lecturing. He'd like to be able to export
them to use during lecutures in some sort of "slideshow" package like
Powerpoint.

The details are:

Period: early 20th century (1900-1915)
Area: Europe, both the whole and central Europe.
Themes: general, political, land use, transportation, and ethnicity.

Any information on either a CD-ROM atlas or an appropriate Internet site
would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
