ALA Publications is now taking
orders for the 2d edition of Cartographic
Materials, A Manual of Interpretation
for AACR2 (Chicago: ALA, 2003); it's $100.
The manual should be available around the 7th of
October.

It's listed in the latest ALA
publications catalog but I didn't
find it on the Website when
I did a very quick check.
