Does anyone have suggestions as to where we can locate a
publicly-accessible, free online database of street names in all of New
York State?  We found at the NYS GIS Clearinghouse site data for NYS public
roads from NYS DOT by county, available for a fee to non-members of the NYS
Data Sharing Cooperative, and also miscellaneous files for certain counties
and towns, not consistent or comprehensive.  Does anyone know if there is
something available, for example, from the U.S. Census Bureau site, or from
the Postal Service?
