We have an HP Designjet T770 that can print up to 44 inches wide that we
use for printing topo maps and nautical charts that serves us well. It
replaced a similar HP unit that printed up to 30 inches a couple years
ago. If you have specific questions let me know.

We are considering purchasing a wide format printer and could use any
suggestions or recommendations any of you might have. We are using
     it in
the Maps section for those who want to print out aerial photos or topo
     maps.

Feel free to contact me directly if you prefer.
